As you can see India is only a puppy. She is extremely lively and bold. She hasn’t settled into our home – she’s taken over. India is probably the naughtiest puppy that we have ever owned and her antics certainly make us laugh. She has an extremely good pair of lungs, a determined nature and a strong will, all of which she gave us full benefit of for about three weeks when she came.
Judging from her present performance we think she will be top dog in our house (after us of course!). Dooley and Jojo play with her extremely well, but she still keeps going after the two older dogs have worn themselves out and want to sleep. I am sure that she is running on Duracell batteries rather than normal ones.
India’s litter sister, Maya, is also a club member. So far they appear to be very similar in nature and attitude. However, it looks that Maya has inherited all the litter’s good looks and India got what was left. India is a bit of a "skinny" puppy, especially when compared to Maya, not through lack of eating – I can only think that she is burning off lots of energy – as she has been through a worming programme.
I am looking forward to training India, although I am not sure what direction we will take. I have heard it said that reaching the destination. Lets hope that India and I have a long and enjoyable journey.
